Why Yoga?

Yoga asana was created to help make the spine flexible, to be able to sit for long hours of meditation. Yoga asana is one of the few ancient techniques that will help you create flexibility in the body, lubricate the joints, build strength, flush toxins out of your body, releases trapped emotions, create more Prana (life force energy) in your body, concentration, and these are just the by products. Whether you do 10 min or 2 hours you will reap benefits. Every asana is created to trigger a particular or several external and internal body parts, get you out of your mind and into your body.
